SIBO (Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) or SIFO (small intestinal fungal overgrowth):


  • Abnormally high numbers of bacteria and/or fungus in the gut

  • Symptoms include: bloating, abdominal discomfort or pain, burping, gas and diarrhea
